The Riviera Hotel is situated on the Berg River and has a stunning view of the wetland and its abundant bird-life. The mudflat is perhaps the most famous of the Velddrif birding localities and a number of rarities have been seen here.
The Hotel offers single and double en-suite accommodation with selected DSTV and SABC channels. The rooms are spacious and you can enjoy a lovely view of the Berg River from your private equipped patio. The pride of the Riviera Hotel is its honeymoon suite complete with spa and a lounge to relax and enjoy the view.
The a la carte restaurant, “Die Pont’ is situated in the hotel where you can enjoy delicious seafood and a variety of local dishes. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are served here. We are famous for our scrumptious Sunday buffet lunch for the whole family. Booking is essential.
The Riviera Chalets are situated next to the Riviera Hotel, on the banks of the Berg River. The Riviera mudflat is famous for its birding localities and the view point is within walking distance from the chalets. The Chalets (10) are fully self-catered with built-in braai and patio overlooking the wetland and its abundant bird-life. All units have a fully equipped open plan kitchen to a spacious living room.
The one bedroom units (2) have full bathrooms, a bedroom with 2 x single beds and a sleeper couch in the living area. Sleep maximum 4 persons. The two bedroom units (8) have showers in the bathroom, 2 bedrooms with 2 x single beds in each and a sleeper couch in the living room. Sleep maximum 6 persons.
Parking is available at the chalet with secure access and exit. The chalets are within walking distance of a supermarket, restaurant, liquor store and take-away.

Die konsep agter Weskus Straatkos is juis in die naam, ons wil en gaan die hele Weskus voorsien van Wegneemetes / Takeaways van die Strate van die Weskus af, met ander woorde, ons gaan kos maak in Koswaens / Kos trokkies (Food Trucks and Food Trailers) en ons Spyskaart is propvol liplek lekker kos, van Hamburgers, tot Pizza's tot vooraf gekookte gaar kosse vir aandete.
Verder gaan ons oor naweke ons immer gewilde Braaiblok bedryf waar ons vir almal aan die weskus die lekekrste Braaivleis disse / etes gaan voorsit.
Ons tipe kos is meestal 'spicy' en ons gaan aanpas na gelang van ons kliente se behoeftes en spesifieke versoeke soos om later 'n immer gewilde "American BBQ Wrap" en "Chicken Wrap" gaan inbring.
